25 Things To Do For You
 
1. Sit down and read a book. Make yourself a nice glass of iced tea, pick up a fun-to-read book and stretch out outside or on the couch. Try, The Wonder Spot, by Melissa Bank, Snow Flower and the Secret Fan, by Lisa See or Little Chapel on the River by Gwendolyn Bounds.
2. Get a pedicure and show off your nice feet with sandals. Talk a walk on the beach. The sand is good for your feet.
3. Take a day off. People need to re-charge their inner batteries. Have lunch with a friend, see a movie or a show.
4. Pick some flowers to decorate your house with. Dry some (between a books pages) and use them to decorate.
5. Sell or give away your used clothes to charity. Buy new clothes and some nice new hangers for them too.
6. Put together a photo album. Collect all those loose photos you have lying around, and be creative. Make a scrapbook, too.
7. Watch the sun go down. It can be really magical and fun.
8. Start a garden. Plant seeds and watch them grow. Radishes are the quickest to come up.
9. Go stargazing. Drive somewhere that there are not too many street lights, so you can have a nice uninterrupted view.
10. Go swimming. Join a health club or spa.
11. Drink some champagne. Champagne goes well with many foods and it is light and bubbly. It is better than beer with grilled meats, spicy chicken and hot


dogs.
12. Add mint to your drinks. It gives them a nice light cool taste.
13. Eat some berries. They are full of antioxidants. Sprinkle them on cereal, or use them to bake with.
14. Use a body scrub. They come in the salt and sugar varieties. Some have a citrus scent. You will feel refreshed and invigorated.
15. Ride a bike. Don't have one, rent one for a day.
16. Go to the amusement park and ride the roller coaster. Have some fun!
17. Blow bubbles. Play ball or eat cotton candy.
18. Play a game. How about horseshoes?? Or badminton or table tennis.
19. Go on a long walk in your city. Visit a trendy restaurant or museum.
20. Go to a street festival or free concert in the park.
21. See a movie outdoors. Some cities still have drive-ins.
22. Take your dog to the park or the beach.
23. Have a barbecue. Cook outs are always fun.
24. Go on a picnic with your husband or boyfriend (in your own backyard).
25. Have your hair done. A new "do" almost always makes you feel good.
